The hotel is very close to the airport and the car rental i usel this time so it was very easy to pick up and return the car. I spent two weeks at this hotel for work and I really liked that it was very clean, it has very nice and friendly staff and had a good gym and pool area. I will definitely stay here again if I come back. The hotel also had a travel agent on site and I went on two trips that were really nice. I also got a local SIM-card to my phone from this agent.

Short ride away from the airport. The hotel has a airport shuttle that runs for 24 hours a day, and one leaves every 15 minutes. I was very thankful for this when our 5 AM flight was inevitably delayed. There is a bar, restaurant, and gift shop right inside the hotel so we didn’t even have to leave when we got here, which we were thankful for after our tiring vacation. The room was clean, had air conditioning, and lots of outlets

Slept like a baby. It was very quiet even though so close to the airport and highway! The location is very close to the airport, and they have a shuttle bus available, which made it very easy to get there. All of the staff were very polite and their English was very good. They have a washing machine and dryer available next to the lifts, which was awesome for my friend, she could wash all evening and travel on with fresh clothes. In total, I'd book the hotel again.

Close to airport with parking. A couple minutes from EC rental cars, and 5 minutes from Walmart which made it a good choice for embarking on our self-drive holiday.

It is a good and comfortable option for someone wanting to stay close to the airport. The stuff was friendly and helpful, A/C in the room was working great, breakfast was ok. Shuttle service was very nice, they picked us up more than an hour after our initial arrival time, as we spent ages at the airport looking for lost luggage. The local people/guards in front of airport were really friendly, called the hotel for us to arrange the shuttle bus.

Ideal location close to airport that has a free reliable airport shuttle that runs to both domestic and international terminals every 15 minutes, 24hrs per day. Entire hotel was clean and comfortable, with helpful friendly staff. Nice bar/restaurant in reception area, with great staff. Check out was fast and efficient and receipt arrived by email within 24 hrs.

We had a late night departure from SJO back to the states so we need a place for a quick stay and shower, this was the perfect location. My favorite thing was the fact that Alamo had a service where you just dropped your keys in a key box and they came and picked up the rental car. Also the hotel had breakfast bags for people had early morning flights and the shuttle was ready in 5 minutes. Denny's is in walking distance if you chose not to eat in the hotel resturant.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and we do not speak Spanish. The breakfast was a delicious mix of waffles, scrabbled eggs, roasted plantains, sausages, cereal, etc. And the breakfast staff went above and beyond providing non-dairy milk for my wife's coffee. The king bed was very comfortable and the pillows were just the right loft for the both of us. The bathroom was great with a very nice walk-in shower with a rain-shower head. The shuttle van to the airport was very convenient and took only 10 minuets in morning traffic to get to Departures.

The hotel is ideally located right across from the international airport in Costa Rica. They have shuttles every 15 minutes around the clock to the airport and the drivers are very helpful. One highlight was their breakfast. It was a complete with gallo pinto, and shreded chicken, scrambled eggs, toast, and pancakes. Coffee was excellent.

Easy to find and efficient airport transfer (complimentary). Really friendly and helpful staff - noticed I was coughing at breakfast and brought me a glass of water without being asked, rang the car hire company and got them to pick us up rather than us going back to airport terminal to pick up hire car the next day. REALLY close to restaurants and also have their own restaurant. Plentiful and yummy breakfast. Highly recommended as a late arrival bunk down for the night.
